This hotel was a great find for my Easter getaway! The lobby was beautiful and the food was amazing; they had two great restaurants on site. I loved the trout, local and well seasoned. Also, the charging stations on the bedside tables were so conveniently located. The staff were accommodating and very friendly. The shuttle from the airport was convenient and only a short drive from downtown. Additionally, there were so many neat stores and eateries, including a popular diner nearby.
My room was a bit smaller than expected for one person, but it was still comfortable overall. Also, my room was located on the fifth floor close to the elevators, so it was noisy after midnight, which was a bit annoying since I had a huge exam in the morning.

Received a couple of complimentary snacks, and a bottle of water upon arrival. The location was great with ample shopping options in the area. The pool was an enjoyable amenity.
The housekeeping staff was rude, did not seem eager to help with any requests. The hallways and room had a strange odor that did not dissipate during the course of my stay.

Friendly staff and great breakfast options made our city trip enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect for us, with many attractions a short walk away. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which gave us quick and easy access to the internet.
The hotel's rooms were a bit outdated and could use some updating. Additionally, the walls were thin, and we could hear noise from the next room.
